Customer Care Representative

Duties:
- Accept inbound customer calls and provide repair service by issuing work-orders to contractors for covered home warranty items
- Assist customers by answering home warranty questions and explaining coverage
- Follow-up with customers and contractors to ensure that service is performed in a timely manner, and with OneGuard’s high standard of quality
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Learn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and options
- Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend and sell additional warranty coverage
- Accurately and efficiently process new warranty orders
Skills/Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience
- Must be a relationship-builder with an ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment. Outstanding communication is required
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
