Duties:

  • Accept inbound customer calls and provide repair service by issuing work-orders to contractors for covered home warranty items
  • Assist customers by answering home warranty questions and explaining coverage
  • Follow-up with customers and contractors to ensure that service is performed in a timely manner, and with OneGuard’s high standard of quality
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Learn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and options
  • Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend and sell additional warranty coverage
  • Accurately and efficiently process new warranty orders

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Must be a relationship-builder with an ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.  Outstanding communication is required
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
